Bulldogs Booster Club Bus Trip Waiver & Conduct Agreement

1. Acknowledgment of Risk

I understand that participation in this Booster Club-organized trip involves travel risks including delays, injuries, or accidents. I voluntarily assume all such risks.

2. Waiver of Liability

I release and waive any claims against the Bulldogs Booster Club, Bulldogs organization, bus company, driver, volunteers, and affiliates, including those arising from negligence.

3. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the above parties from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from my or my child’s participation.

4. Behavior Expectations (Bus Conduct)

• All participants must follow the OHL Fan Code of Conduct between pickup and drop-off.
• Foul language, disruptive behavior, or noncompliance may result in removal from the bus or event and forfeiture of participation.
• Instructions from bus drivers, chaperones, and Booster Club staff must be followed at all times.

5. Severability

If any portion of this waiver is found to be invalid, the remaining sections will remain enforceable.

6. Voluntary Binding Agreement

I affirm that I am legally competent and signing voluntarily, fully understanding the waiver’s impact.

7. Trip Cancellation / Reimbursement

If the trip is canceled, the Booster Club may attempt reimbursement but is not required to compensate for costs.
